Whatever you create does not need to be kept in a single notebook or<br \/>sketchpad. You may keep certain work in a portfolio for future reference.<\/p><p><strong>Gratitude Journals:<\/strong> These can be as simple as a list, a collection of personal positive<br \/>reminders, a letter to someone who you are thankful to\/for, or as complex as a traditional<br \/>journal, but their intention is to provide you with a way to acknowledge the positive aspects of<br \/>your life.<\/p><p><strong>Wellness Trackers:<\/strong> Food Diaries, Fitness Devices, Sleep Monitors, Weight Trackers (or body<br \/>measurements), or your Wellness Portal, can help you to be aware of habits that affect your<br \/>wellness on a regular basis. You may collect a variety of tracking information using a device or<br \/>keep a notebook that includes a composite of all that you track. It\u2019s important to include here<br \/>how any changes in habits affect your wellness.<\/p><p><strong>Lists:<\/strong> To-do lists, idea notes, Pinterest Boards, inspiration boards, bullet journals (organized<br \/>lists of items that may include to-do, habits, gratitude and inspiration). All of these methods<br \/>may help you to be organized during specific projects or may provide you with inspiration<br \/>during moments when you\u2019re at a loss for what is your next step.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea6641d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea6641d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Easy Journaling:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u2022 Write brief entries anywhere-one line, one list, your daily\u00a0calendar\/planner notes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u2022 Record yourself-voice your thoughts or create a brief video.
